If you're accepted into this challenge - you'll be handed an Easy Meal Prep programme that's been designed to meet your goals, starting point, dietary preferences (and more) to burn through unwanted fat. This will be your "blueprint" for losing the weight.
You'll then work one-on-one with one of our coaches to guide you on your unique plan to transform your body.
2. Getting 6 weeks free

With this challenge exercise is 100% optional. One-on-one coaching - face to face or online
Giving you an eating plan and telling you to exercise is like giving a student books without a teacher.
That’s why the Healthy Inspirations programme includes support with face to face, in centre or online video chat, one-on-one coaching sessions. This will help you reach and maintain your healthy weight goal.
Our members often say that it is our one-on-one coaching that made the big difference compared to other things they have tried.
Exercise - optional
The exercise programme options are designed to provide the best exercise for women of all ages wanting a better shape. Not only will you be slimmer, you'll be firmer too.
Our on-demand, do-it-at-home sessions and on-demand online group exercise classes are a part of your membership, so there are no hidden fees. Some are just 10 minutes, so you can fit them in even if busy. But if you have 30 minutes to spare, the circuit in the centre is just the perfect match to ensure you get the resistance exercise that so many miss.
Our special women's exercise protocol burns more calories and gives you a firmer body in less time.

"My 1 year old son had more energy than I could dream of and my youngest sister was getting married in December.
Now I had no inclination to be the “Fat” in “Big, Fat Indian wedding”, so I sheepishly went to Healthy Inspirations to see if they could help me get into better shape.
I had walked past Healthy Inspirations everyday, but nearly 7 weeks ago I decided instead to go and find out how the programme worked. I was sceptical about being able to give up carbs and sugar and staying off them.
But the planned meals, the recipes, and even the products are so well thought out that it makes the whole process very doable.
I was quite daunted by the fact that I will have to constantly think about how to make my next meal appropriate, but the weekly meal plan and the planner just made easy work of it.
And so, I have stuck to my eating plan and it’s working so well for me. In fact, I have managed to inspire my mum to try and do the same.
I have more energy (mind you the first couple of weeks were really hard) and my bloating and water retention are almost gone and all the protein has made my hair and skin glow.

"My Healthy Inspirations step-by-step eating plan was so easy to follow and also very satisfying that for the first time in my life I was able to lose my weight and change my shape as well as sticking to the exercise program. This is a first for me as I am a total couch potato.
My Monday morning weigh in keeps me focused during the weekend and even when there have been slip ups (life happens and one can’t avoid all social occasions) the discussions with Ellissa-Mae, Tracy and Nola have been invaluable in my journey.

When times get stressful or I’m not in a good head space I’ve always taken it out on my poor old body. Too many drinks, way too much of the unhealthy food and in much bigger quantities!
That starts me on a road to not looking after myself, the dieting and bingeing cycle, the next fad diet or exercise routine that doesn’t last and the body confidence issues that goes along with all of it.
There have been times in my life where I’ve felt out of control about what I was eating and how it was making me feel. I knew I needed to start to understand my emotional eating and that I wasn’t getting any younger, so my upcoming 40th birthday seemed like the right time to make some significant changes.
Healthies is in my suburb and I’d walked past many times to see…hear (Coach Ellissa-Mae) when the 6:30am class was in full swing. One morning I thought, I’ve got a few months before my 40th I need to look and feel better about myself.
When I signed up with Nola it felt like I was in the right place. The weekly nutrition check-in with Ann and the team and the morning classes with everyone supporting each other, it was exactly what I needed to keep me going. After years of treating my body like a yoyo I had consistency and when I couldn’t be at a class I couldn’t believe how much I missed it.
I have PCOS, so it was always going to be a bit of a longer journey but by my 40th I was so happy with my progress and after that I just kept going.
I realized how much I enjoyed exercise and began to plan my weeks around it rather than trying to fit it in and the flow on of that was it really made me want to eat healthier.
The meal planning and talking through my food with the team helped me to understand my patterns, triggers and when its ok to give yourself a break and just move the hell on. Reaching my goal was awesome, I feel so much better on the outside but tougher, in control and more resilient on the inside.
