75 minutes a week for 6 weeks – Really!

We’ve updated our 75 minutes a week concept from 8 weeks to 6 weeks.

If you’re reading this page then it’s likely that you have made previous attempts to change something about your body, whether it’s to get fit, lose weight, change shape, tone up, improve health, or a mixture of all. Maybe you’ve started something new but then soon stopped, leaving you feeling like you’ve failed? 

Would you like a better experience? Combining nutrition and exercise is a great start, but the key that most people miss is the personalised nutrition support, targeted to your body’s individual needs.

Our new 6-week Transformation challenge combines the three essential components into one program, and takes just 75-minutes of your time each week. Let’s break it down so you can see what it’s all about.

Nutrition: Personalised food coaching provides the foundation for health, wellness, and weight control, as well as ensuring your body has the energy to move. Your choice of eating plans and foods offer flexibility and we help you design the specifics to suit your lifestyle, family, and tastes, as well as helping you reach your goals. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ here.

Best of all, we guarantee that you’ll lose weight without being hungry. You’re doing the work (buying the food and preparing meals) but we have the tools to make all that as easy and quick as possible.

Exercise: We’ll help you get started on a simple resistance circuit, which takes just 30 minutes twice a week to shape and tone your body. It’s easy to gradually build up to the 30 minutes if needed, though some people like more exercise.  A range of classes and personal training sessions (extra fees apply) allow you to do as much or as little exercise as you like.

But to increase your strength and muscle tone, as well as protect your metabolism as you lose weight (to prevent one source of regain), you can achieve this in just two 30 minute sessions a week.

Total so far 60 minutes per week.

Support: Here’s the key. Many people tell us “I know what to do, I just don’t do it.” Changing long-held habits is hard, and without accountability and support you’re on your own.

Set aside just 15 minutes per week: We can answer your questions, help with challenging situations, offer tips and strategies, and provide recipe ideas to keep your taste-buds happy while working toward your goals.

Some members tells us things like “Having committed to a membership, plus the weekly session with my coach makes me show up! This gives me the accountability that I need to stay the course and get the results.”

Total so far 75 minutes per week.

You’re busy. We know. Take just 2 x 30 minutes for some exercise, and 1 x 15 minutes for your one-on-one support session and see what a difference this can make. That’s 75 minutes in total each week to get into your best shape in years.

You’re absolutely welcome to come every day we are open, but it’s you sticking to your eating plan and those two essential resistance training sessions that are the magic ingredients.

This 6-week challenge is a great introduction to a new program, and a real kick-start for your long-term goals.
