More than a diet, you get a personalised eating plan based on real food you can get from any supermarket. You'll learn how to lose weight without hunger or confusion, and receive delicious, easy recipes that you and your family can enjoy together.

Some say that a 'diet' is the last thing you would call it! The program has been developed by a leading Australian dietician who specialises in healthy eating plans for women (and men) between 35 and 65.

Knowledge
You will learn what works for your body as everyone has their own individual tolerance levels for different foods.
This program is all about education so you know exactly what to do to maintain a healthy and happy life.

One-on-one coaching - online or in-centre
Giving you an eating plan and telling you to exercise is like giving a student books without a teacher.
That’s why the Healthy Inspirations program includes support with online video chat or in-centre coaching to help you reach and maintain your healthy weight goal.
Our members often say that it is our one-on-one coaching that made the big difference compared to other things they have tried.

Exercise - included but optional
The exercise program options are designed to provide the best exercise for people of all ages wanting a better shape. Not only will you be slimmer, you'll be firmer, stronger and fitter too
Our on-demand, do-it-at-home sessions, live online group exercise classes and in-centre options are a part of your membership, so there are no hidden fees. Some are just 10 minutes, so you always can fit them in, even if busy.
Our special exercise protocol burns more calories and gives you a firmer stronger body in less time.

I have always struggled with my weight. I played sport summer and winter and multiple nights a week and weekends but was always heavier. A walk and talk with Coach Nola at tennis one day had me opening up about my situation, that I thought I needed help and that Healthy Inspirations was my best choice. I needed to learn to break my reliance on food to try and feel good about myself.
Since I knew I had so much weight to lose, breaking my weight loss into goals was brilliant and setting my first goal of getting under 100kgs, a weight I realise I had not been in over 7 years. Having achieved that goal in 6 months, something I did not think was going to happen in that timeframe, was not only a huge relief but provided further motivation to reach that next goal – 80kgs.
I don’t feel like my weight is holding me back from living life now. I know I am making lifelong changes that will help me lead a better life, and I can’t thank the Healthy Inspirations team enough for all their support and guidance.
My Story - Marina

The turning point for me was when we were away with family and were on a day out at the beach. While everyone was in the water I volunteered to stay back and ‘look after our stuff’. The truth was I was so embarrassed and ashamed. I was so overweight, I couldn’t fit into my bathers and the thought of people seeing me in bathers horrified me. That day I decided enough was enough and I needed to get control back and get my life back.
My sister-in-law and niece had joined Healthies and they were losing weight and looked amazing so I decided to take the plunge and do it too. My goal was not only to lose weight but most importantly to get healthy and get off all the medication I was taking. I was bloated, puffy and just a mess!
My goal was to lose weight (which I’ve achieved) but I’ve gained so much more. I have my life back. I can breathe and I’m happy again!

My Story - Tina

I was always able to maintain a healthy weight by exercising and eating well until the dreaded 50’s. As a busy mum of five amazing humans, sharing meals is pivotal to our family relationships so food plays a big part of all our gatherings.
