Suits Phases 3 and 4

Ingredients

  • 130g protein Pancake Mix
  • 4 apples (or pears), chopped
  • 100g almonds chopped
  • 100g pepitas
  • 100g almond meal
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil/butter
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. 
  2. Combine all ingredients using your hands. Mix and place in slice tin pressing down firmly. 
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. 
  4. Allow to cool before slicing.

Option for Plan 4: 

  • add 200g sultanas
