Ingredients
- 130g protein Pancake Mix
- 4 apples (or pears), chopped
- 100g almonds chopped
- 100g pepitas
- 100g almond meal
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil/butter
- 300ml coconut milk
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Combine all ingredients using your hands. Mix and place in slice tin pressing down firmly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
