Tammy, our franchisee from Armidale, NSW, wrote these wonderful words of wisdom for her members. We’d like to share them with everyone:

Take small steps on improving the quality of your diet, and take small steps towards getting more active and increasing the intensity of your workouts. Most importantly, be patient. Two weeks or two months seems like a long time to not get the results you want, but trust me when I tell you that you are making progress.

Maybe it’s not showing up on the outside yet, but the outside is only a small, yet admittedly important personal aspect of the lifestyle transformation process. Every good choice you make is positively changing your body and mind on the inside. It’s only a matter of time before those changes are reflected on the outside. Remember that weight loss is a side effect of living a healthy lifestyle.
