Reset: Suits all phases

Great Shape: 1 protein, 1 ½ fat, 1 vegetable

Serves 6


1 large can tuna in oil, drained and flaked
1 cucumber, sliced
2 avocados, peeled, pitted & sliced
1 small/medium red onion, thinly sliced
½ small bunch of coriander (1/4 cup chopped)
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
⅛ tsp black pepper


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and coriander.
  2. Drizzle the salad with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper (or season to taste). Toss to combine and serve.
