Bliss Balls

Makes 10

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw almonds
10 large pitted dates
1/2 cup choc Proti Powder
zest of 1 orange
juice from the orange
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
extra cocoa or coconut for rolling

Method

  1. Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine. Add the dates, Proti powder, orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Process the mixture until it forms a ball. If you find that the mixture is to wet then add some coconut or more ground almonds.
  3. The mixture should make around 30 balls.  Roll the balls in coconut or cocoa. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
