1/2 cup raw almonds
10 large pitted dates
1/2 cup choc Proti Powder
zest of 1 orange
juice from the orange
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
extra cocoa or coconut for rolling
- Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine. Add the dates, Proti powder, orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon and salt.
- Process the mixture until it forms a ball. If you find that the mixture is to wet then add some coconut or more ground almonds.
- The mixture should make around 30 balls. Roll the balls in coconut or cocoa. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
