Frequently Asked Questions
No. The Healthy Inspirations program is food-based. We do recommend protein snacks between meals, but they are optional.
No. All our coaching is one-on-one, so you have that special support and accountability. You just have to find a 15 min coaching time that suits you every week, either in the centre or via Zoom.
No. If you are exercising, just keep doing it. When you've lost weight and feel like moving more, we'll encourage you to find exercise routines that work for you and your body.
That's fine. More and more of our members are located in different cities and towns. Some are on country properties. As longe as you have a computer or a phone we can connect.
The phone call typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes. No longer. Please be in a quiet location for the call.
We assume you opted in as you're interested in losing weight. On the call we want to quickly discuss where you are at with your weight, what you've tried, what you want to achieve, and your ability to set aside 15 mins a week in one of our remaining private coaching spots. If it seems there is a good fit we'll organise to show your all the program details and membership options.
