Great Shape – dairy 1

Serves 4


  • 1 head of broccoli, blitzed
  • 150g shredded tasty cheese
  • 3 eggs whisked
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
  2. Mix everything together in a big bowl. 
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or grease with butter. 
  4. Spoon mixture into 12 equal serves. Bake the muffins for 20-25 mins or until set and golden.

Grab a couple of these bad boys for a quick breakfast or pair it with a salad or some roast veg for an easy lunch/dinner! Enjoy!
