ICT Reset: Suits all phases

Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken mince
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 2 zucchini, grated
  • 3 button squash, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp tomato chutney
  • Handful basil, chopped

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Makes approximately 20 patties.
  3. Bake in oven 180°C, 30 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Great served hot or cold with a salad.

If on Plans 2-4: 

Substitute some different vegetables and/or add a fruit chutney for different flavour.
