ICT Reset: Suits all phases
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken mince
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 2 zucchini, grated
- 3 button squash, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp tomato chutney
- Handful basil, chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Makes approximately 20 patties.
- Bake in oven 180°C, 30 minutes or until cooked.
- Great served hot or cold with a salad.
If on Plans 2-4:
Substitute some different vegetables and/or add a fruit chutney for different flavour.
