Makes 15

Ingredients

2 cups almond meal
4 scoops Shaken Jamaican Choc-orange protein powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup goji berries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Method

  1. Mix the almond meal, protein powder and desiccated coconut.
  2. Add coconut cream and mix well to combine.
  3. Mix in the goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
  4. Roll the mixture into 15 balls, about the size of golf balls. Roll each ball in the extra desiccated coconut and serve or refrigerate.
