Makes 8


2½ Tbsp coconut oil
5 prunes, finely diced
¼ cup almond meal
6 scoops Shaken Jamaican
2 ½ Tbsp coconut milk
¼ cup crushed walnuts
Coconut Crunch for rolling


  1. Combine all ingredients except the Coconut Crunch, and mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 balls. Roll each ball in the Coconut Crunch and refrigerate until ready to eat.
