Chocolate protein balls (or slice) with goji berries

Serves 10

Reset: Suits phases 2-4

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Chocolate Proti Powder
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp dried goji berries

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  2. Roll a small amount of the mixture, about the size of a walnut, between your palms to make a ball.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Alternatively, pack the mixture into a flat bottomed container or tray and slice when ready to serve.
