Coconut lemon protein balls

Makes 6

Ingredients

2 Tbsp coconut oil
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup shredded coconut
6 scoops vanilla Proti powder
extra shredded coconut for rolling

Method

  1. Combine the coconut oil, zest, juice, coconut and Proti powder. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 walnut-sized balls. Roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
