Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, fat trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lime, juice and zest
Method
- In a large bowl, season pork with garlic, cumin, chilli powder, paprika, salt and pepper, lime juice and zest and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Pre-heat grill to medium. Place pork chops on a grill pan and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
