Garlic Roasted Salmon

Four ingredients and less than 10 minutes in the oven – fish has never been easier. Serve with steamed vegies for a super-healthy meal that tastes amazing. Serves 4

4 (100g) salmon steaks
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger


  1. Pre-heat oven to 230° C. Coat the grill rack with cooking spray. Place the salmon on the rack and coat with the oil. Spread the garlic and ginger over the salmon, patting them lightly and evenly over the surface. Bake for 9 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
