Ingredients
- 4 (100g) salmon steaks
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and coat with the coconut oil.
- Mix the garlic and ginger together and with a spoon spread over the salmon, pressing lightly and evenly over the surface.
- Bake for 10 mins or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.Serve with your favourite salad or steamed greens.
