Four ingredients and less than 10 minutes in the oven – fish has never been easier. Serve with steamed vegies for a super-healthy meal that tastes amazing.

Ingredients

  • 4 (100g) salmon steaks
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Place the salmon in a baking dish and coat with the coconut oil.
  3. Mix the garlic and ginger together and with a spoon spread over the salmon, pressing lightly and evenly over the surface.
  4. Bake for 10 mins or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
    Serve with your favourite salad or steamed greens.
