Suits all phases

Ingredients

  • 250ml water
  • a few ice cubes
  • handful baby spinach leaves
  • 20g (1 1/2 scoops) Shaken Jamaican Vanilla Bean protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp cream, or 3 Tbsp coconut milk

Method

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.

Tip: For an extra frothy result, blend the cream or coconut milk separately first, then add other ingredients and blend.

Variation: For a winter warmer, try adding a little ginger powder to the mix, or, if you’re game, a little chilli!
