Ingredients
- 250ml water
- a few ice cubes
- handful baby spinach leaves
- 20g (1 1/2 scoops) Shaken Jamaican Vanilla Bean protein powder
- 1 Tbsp cream, or 3 Tbsp coconut milk
Method
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Tip: For an extra frothy result, blend the cream or coconut milk separately first, then add other ingredients and blend.
Variation: For a winter warmer, try adding a little ginger powder to the mix, or, if you’re game, a little chilli!
