Great Shape: dairy, vegetable, fat
- 300g frozen spinach, thawed and excess liquid squeezed out
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 5 Tbsp sugar-free mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine all the ingredients in an oven-proof dish and mix well. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve with vegetable crudites.
