The last few years has seen my weight yo-yo. Then Coach Lynne rang me out of the blue one day and I took it as a sign that I was meant to return to Healthy Inspirations.

The support I get from the H.I coaches and my hubby (my biggest fan, love him) is what I needed to achieve this and simply giving the challenge my focus. I simply never gave up and simply kept turning up to the centre. I knew as soon as I walked in the door there is all the motivation, encouragement and support I need to be a healthy me from both the coaches and the members alike.

Healthies is in my suburb and I’d walked past many times to see…hear (Coach Ellissa-Mae) when the 6:30am class was in full swing. One morning I thought, I’ve got a few months before my 40th I need to look and feel better about myself.

When I signed up with Nola it felt like I was in the right place. The weekly nutrition check-in with Ann and the team and the morning classes with everyone supporting each other, it was exactly what I needed to keep me going. After years of treating my body like a yoyo I had consistency and when I couldn’t be at a class I couldn’t believe how much I missed it.

My journey started in October 2015 after the long weekend my husband and I went away and as usual I popped onto the scales and I nearly died. I was so heavy and felt ashamed of myself. How could that be after all the walking we did on the weekend? But yes, it was true.

Our group exercise classes are a part of your membership, so there are no hidden fees.

Nutrition

More than a diet, you get a personalised eating plan based on real food. You'll learn how to lose weight, using food from your local supermarket, and receive healthy quick recipes that you and your family can enjoy together.

Our members are amazed that they steadily lose weight without being hungry. Some say that a 'diet' is the last thing you would call it! Developed by leading Australian dietitians who specialise in healthy eating plans targeted towards women.


Community
