Please note:

  1. Prospects who opted in via the Healthy Inspirations website (say from Facebook ad, QR Code promo, or microsite) will automatically be scheduled to start receiving the Nurture emails if they have not joined and been registered to receive the New Member Welcome email within 10 days of opting in. These go out each Sunday for all centres except any centres who have requested otherwise.
  2. Prospects who contacted you via phone or walk-in will not be added to Nurture, unless you add them with the Manual Nurture link below.
  3. When prospects join and you register them as a new member they will be added to the Boost program and given access to Healthies Online, and automatically removed from the Nurture program. Remember: Nurture for prospects and Boost for members.
  4. If a member cancels please remove them from the system by clicking the red Remove from Online Access button.
  5. Any person who is registered to receive either Nurture or Boost may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. If they have unsubscribed but come back in, the system will not send them a new welcome email, unless you get us to cancel their unsubscribe.
  6. Please ask everyone to look out for the Welcome email and add the sender to their contacts.

  • Welcome email with links to:
    • your business Facebook page
    • your business Instagram page (if you have one)
    • your private members Facebook group (if you have one), 
    • download link to the Eat Well Everyday eBook.
  • Boost weekly email program that starts 3 days later, followed by another (Salty Secrets) the next day, and the weekly every Sunday.
  • Online and app access to Healthies Online Recipes for Members & Kitchen videos.

It will remove them from the Nurture campaign. You will receive a confirmation email that you have registered them. If you do not receive this, please contact the support centre ASAP.


Weight Loss members being coached remotely by Zoom or any other method. Click this button to go to registration page. It will register them to receive:

  • Welcome email with links to:
    • The Quick Start program, while they are waiting for their Daily Planner to arrive in the mail (sent by you),
    • your business Facebook page
    • your business Instagram page (if you have one)
    • your private members Facebook group (if you have one)
    • download link to the Eat Well Everyday eBook.
  • Boost weekly email program that starts 3 days later, followed by another (Salty Secrets) the next day, and the weekly every Sunday.
  • App access to Healthies Online for Recipes for Members and Kitchen videos.

It will remove them from the Nurture campaign. You will receive a confirmation email that you have registered them.


Prospects to be manually added to receive the weekly Nurture emails.

This is for prospects who

  1. Did not opt in via the Quiz, a form on your microsite, landing page or Zipleads self-booking calendar. AND
  2. You have not been able to contact them OR they did not enrol.

It is your responsibility to follow them up and add them to your re-marketing email system. Once they join, and you add them to Welcome or Boost programs, they will be removed from this Nurture series.

Your centre will receive a confirmation email once you register each person.

If you have a list of prospects you would like to be registered for Nurture, you can request that they be bulk registered by submitting a CSV file (first name, surname and email) via a support request ticket.


Remove member access when they have cancelled

Click this button to go to Removal form. It removes their access to Healthies Online and discontinues the Boost email service. It then sends them a "Sorry to see you go" email and adds them to the prospect Nurture series that is sent out each Sunday.

You have to manually remove them from your centre's Facebook private group page (if your centre has one). You also should remove their file from the AB files and place them in ex-member archive.

They will receive any broadcast emails to ex-members that you send, but will not receive any email from the support office if they have unsubscribed.

UNSUBSCRIBE

If a member or prospect has asked to be unsubscribed or has unsubscribed to emails you have sent them, please click this button and enter their correct email. Then they will not receive any emails from the support office.
