Please note:

  1. Prospects who opted in via the Healthy Inspirations website (say from Facebook ad, QR Code promo, or microsite) will automatically be scheduled to start receiving the Nurture emails if they have not joined within 10 days of opting in. These go out each Sunday.
  2. Prospects who contacted you via phone or walk-in will not be added to Nurture, unless you add them with the Manual Nurture link below.
  3. When prospects join and you register them as a new member (by clicking one of the orange links below) they will be added to the Boost program and Healthies Online, and automatically removed from the Nurture program. Remember: Nurture for prospects and Boost for members.
  4. If a member cancels please remove them from the system by clicking the red Remove from Online Access button.
  5. Any person who is registered to receive either Nurture or Boost may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
  6. Please ask everyone to look out for the first email and add it to their contacts.

Healthies Online only - Registration 

use this button if you want a member to have access to Healthies Online (Recipes and Exercise on Demand) but not Boost.  They will receive email from support@healthyinspirations.com.au


Exercise Only members who come to your centre. Click this button to go to registration page. It includes items like:

  • Healthies Online but just Exercise on Demand
  • Your Facebook page and private group (if your centre has one)

Remove member access when they have cancelled

Click this button to go to Removal form. It removes their access to Healthies Online and discontinues the Boost email service. It then sends them a "Sorry to see you go" email and adds them to the prospect Nurture series that is sent out each Sunday.

You have to manually remove them from your centre's Facebook private group page (if you centre has one). You also should remove their file from the AB files and place them in ex-member archive.
They will receive any broadcast emails to ex-members that you request, but will not receive any email if they have unsubscribed.


Add Manual Prospects to Nurture Emails

Only use this button for prospects who did not join, who contacted the centre without opting in. This includes: walk-ins, info-calls, referrals, lead-box and contact via Messenger.

Remove from All Emails

If any contact (prospect, member or ex-member) does not wish to receive emails, they can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that we send. This does not include emails they may receive from the centre (or Mailchimp) which should have an unsubscribe link as well. You will have to remove them from your list too. To double check, feel free to send an to support@healthyinspirations.com.au with the subject line OPTOUT and let us know their name and email.


Give EXISTING member access to portal.  Click this button to to give access to an existing member to whom you do NOT want a welcome email sent.

They WILL receive a login email from support@healthiesonline.com with their password. Please ask them to look for this email and check their spam folder if they do not receive it within 10 minutes.

They will also be tagged to receive the Boost emails after 10 days, if they are not already receiving them. They are sent out each Sunday.
