LSA wrap

Ingredients

1 egg
2 ½ Tbsp ground LSA
2 Tbsp water
½ tsp baking powder
1 Cracked pepper for taste
1 Coconut oil (or spray) greasing

Method

  1. Mix the egg, LSA, water, baking powder and pepper together.
  2. Heat the oil in a small frying pan. Add the egg mixture, tilting the pan to evenly spread the mixture. Cook the wrap on one side and then carefully flip it over and cook the other side.
  3. Prepare your favourite filling. Place wrap on a plate fill one half of the wrap with your fillings and then fold over and eat.
