Lost 17kg and 53cm.
I started February 2017. I weighed 70.8 kg and I’m not a tall lady. I felt sad and lonely, lack of motivation. I decided after breaking up with my kids’ dad I wanted a better life for them and myself. Most family members on my dad’s side have died of heart attacks before the age of 75 years old, and I was sick of having no energy and feeling uncomfortable in my body.
I have more energy, I eat better, I’m not always hungry, and I’ve dropped in clothes size.
The weekly support keeps me on track, making sure I’m eating the right balance of food and work.
I’ve continued with this program and diet and have now lost 17 kg in total.
I would suggest to others to try
it. What have you got to lose but weight and I’m living proof it works. Four of my friends have joined because of me.

- Set goals.
- Weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% what you eat.
