Lost 11.9kgs and 39cms

I was inspired to start at Healthy Inspirations because our wedding was approaching.

Our fitness coach Jen was fantastic! She was so motivating and was so supportive and encouraging. If I had a bad week she was there for support, and if I had a good week she gave me high fives and a pat on the back.

It was a journey with a few little hiccups along the way, but Jen was always there full of encouragement. I’m now fitter, healthier and more active.

Healthy Inspirations is so worth it! The encouragement and support you receive along the way is amazing, and the eating plan is something that will work with you for life.

My top tips:

  1. Try and stick to the program. You will notice the results each week. There are recipes to help you along.
  2. Try and keep active. A little each day will encourage you to do more.
  3. Listen to your health coach as they are there to support you through your journey.
