Lost 3.8kg in Beat the Winter Blues 12 week Transformation 

I joined Healthy Inspirations after I visited my doctor and she recommended I join a gym for exercise and to lose weight also, I expect!!!

At first, I used to doubt myself and I was also quite shy but I now feel very positive and confident in myself.

I now have more energy, feeling much fitter and more positive.

I love coming to the daily classes and the support from all the coaches is amazing.

It has been great for my wellbeing, and I enjoy the company of the many friends I have made.

My life has been transformed in that I’m happy, confident in myself, and I encourage ladies to take the same journey.

It is very important to have a great wellbeing.

  2. Be confident
  3. Enjoy, push yourself a bit and keep your sense of humour
  4. I have also enjoyed the excellent recipes and it has taught me to cook and eat healthier
