Lost 5.5 kilos and 7.1% of her body weight in the 12 Week Beat the Winter Blues Challenge

I entered the 12 week program as I saw it as a challenge to show how I felt on the inside to what I presented on the outside.

12 weeks of a new healthy eating plan appealed to me as it seemed achievable and my mindset was ready to make a change.

Aside from the weight I’ve lost, I’m loving that my skin is clear and healthy with no more breakouts or dryness.

The weekly coaching was very valuable because I knew I was not only accountable to myself but that my coach was also willing me to succeed every week.

  1. Preparation is the key. Plan for the week ahead and don’t be shy to take that shake to a meeting if needed.
  2. Taking the first step is the hardest, but once you do you will not regret it.
  3. Get your family on board, because surprisingly they too become part of your journey and encourage you to succeed.
