Healthy Inspirations is well named. Walking in the door is the first step to a healthy eating, weight loss programme which is healthy and inspiring.
Keeping fit and healthy has always been important to me, but losing those few unwanted kilo by myself was hard work and boring.
Participating in the HI programme, along with the advice, support and encouragement of the team there, has enabled me to gain a better understanding of the way different foods affect weight loss.
I am pleased I made that step through the door as I have been able to reach my desired weight loss goal, feel even fitter, find my waist again, and make new friends.
