Lost 6.9 kilos and 23.5 cm.

The realisation I was using food to deal with my grief and loss after losing my dad to cancer, and how this was starting to have a negative impact on my general wellbeing, was the trigger to get me started.

I started in February 2017 when I realised all my clothes were becoming too small and I refused to go shopping for bigger clothes. I set a goal to get back into my size 9 jeans.

The weekly coaching has kept me on track and provided a safe and supportive place to aim for my goal. The photo board of the coaches and their journey has been a big inspiration. With the support and meal planning of the team I surpassed my goal fitting into size 8.

I feel much more in control of my health and wellbeing. I have a lot more energy and also time for reflection. I have really learnt to embrace looking after myself to be the best version of myself and the benefits this brings to my family.

If you need help to stay on track and learn new and improved ways of eating with exercise that suits your level then this is the place. It’s easy to fit it in your daily routine and the meals are for the whole family, no separate meals required.
