Lost 29.8kgs and 30.84% body weight
Before I came to Healthies, my health and wellbeing had slipped down my list of priorities. I knew I wasn’t feeling my best, but creating lasting change on my own felt overwhelming.
My decision was really about improving my overall health. I was confronted with a major health challenge and I didn’t just want to recover, I wanted to bounce back stronger, healthier and fitter than ever before.
I decided to see my health challenge as an opportunity to make positive changes and take control of my wellbeing. I knew it was time to prioritise myself and build habits that would support my long-term health.
Healthy Inspirations has provided the structure, support and accountability I needed to succeed. The weekly check-ins with my health coach kept me focused and motivated, but what really stands out is the incredible sense of community. Every time you walk through the door, there is a whole group of people cheering you on and genuinely wanting you to succeed. It’s a positive, welcoming and fun environment where achievements are celebrated and support is always available. That sense of connection makes a huge difference.
Building sustainable habits and staying accountable have made the biggest difference. Rather than relying on motivation alone, I learned how to make wellbeing part of my everyday routine. The combination of practical support, regular coaching, accountability and a supportive community helped me stay on track and keep moving forward. Losing weight has been a wonderful outcome, but the biggest achievement has been creating a healthier lifestyle that I can maintain for years to come.
Both my body and mind are stronger. I feel healthier, more resilient and capable of tackling whatever life throws at me.
I have the energy and drive to do more of the things I enjoy. I feel more confident saying yes to new experiences because I know how much stronger and healthier I have become throughout this journey.
For anyone looking to make a change, my advice would be to focus on building sustainable habits rather than chasing quick results. Life will always be busy, and there will never be a perfect time. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that even on the most hectic days, your health still deserves some attention. Small, consistent actions really do add up over time. Be patient with yourself, celebrate progress and trust the process.
