Lost 13 kilos and 50 cm.

I re-entered the work force and decided that I needed to start a program to improve my weight, health and fitness.

Following the program has given me more energy, and I’ve persevered through ups and downs.

The staff are lovely and the members all support each other, which has kept me motivated.
