Lost 10 kilos and 21 cm
I went to an EA conference and listened to a speaker talk about fatigue and giving everything to your job and not looking after yourself. She lived and breathed work and ended up with fatigue and in bed for 3 months. I wasn’t in that kind of danger, but I did realise that I was working through all my breaks, eating at my desk, and not moving around much, so I phoned Napier Healthy Inspirations from my Auckland hotel room and booked a consultation.
I have been going for 5 months now and lost 10 kg so far. It’s right across the road from work so I can’t avoid it, I can do it in my lunch break which I love.
