I am a professional cricket player so am extremely active and thought I was eating healthy, but I still looked at myself in the mirror and just didn’t feel very fit or healthy.
I’m at my goal now having lost close to 10kgs & 38cms and feel so much better as I’m a lot fitter and healthier.
I love the meal planning on Sunday nights that I do with mum and I sleep so much better knowing I have everything
organised and set up for the next day. Another success for me was simply following the recommended portion sizes by weighing and measuring my foods as in the past my meals were simply just too big.
I really enjoy seeing myself in photos to see how much I have changed and I also now like what I see in the mirror. I have a lot more energy and at cricket I feel so much more athletic.
The support has been great. I liked being able to visit the same Health Coach (Nola) each week to support me with my goals.
For those thinking about getting started; don’t think about it just do it. This has been a lifestyle change for me and I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything!
