I had developed some bad eating habits, and I wanted a reset to get back on track and establish more sustainable food choices for me and my whanau.
It kept me motivated and knowing I could make such a shift in my eating and health in such a short time meant I could stay committed for the full 12 weeks.
I don’t feel as tired as I did before – which is a big plus when I struggle to get a full nights sleep with a toddler in the house!

Some things that have really worked for me are:
- Find things that work for you and your whanau and then keep building on those. We found a few different meals we could make week to week and planned for those every Sunday grocery shop!
- Swap things out for low carb options (bread for low carbs for example).
