Lost 2.5 kilos in the 12 Week Beat the Winter Blues Challenge (and 16.8 kilos in total so far…)
I started with Healthies in November 2023 so this was a great challenge to keep the momentum going and get to goal weight.
The idea of the 12 week challenge was great to help me focus on consistency and further my weight loss goals and fitness. It’s been great to be more active and move my body everyday.
The weekly coaching is invaluable! Keeping you accountable and focused is a big key to success.
To anyone thinking about going to Healthies, I’d say “Just do it!” It’s never too late to invest in yourself.
Some things that have really worked for me are:
- Food prep and planning. Get your shopping list and diarise what you will eat each day.
- Move your body. There is always something you can do to exercise no matter your fitness level.
- Celebrate your achievements. Take in all that positive energy it really helps to keep you motivated.
