Lost 6.9 kilos and 6.7% of her body weight in the 12 Week Beat the Winter Blues Challenge
I had just joined and started with Healthy Inspirations when the 12week challenge kicked off. I thought it would be a good kick start to my journey and something extra to keep me accountable!
It was a good number to start with, just 12 weeks! I wasn’t thinking beyond this, not even about my long-term goal. 12 weeks was easy to count down each week.
As well as the weight loss, I’m really enjoying:
- Better sleep
- More energy
- Confidence
- More self-care opportunities
- Being proud of myself!
I look forward to my weekly coaching sessions every week! I found them so important being a remote member, after talking to the team in the morning it was then a reset for the week to come!
My Top 3 Tips
- Complete your food diary every day! Take the book with you everywhere cause even though you think you will remember what you had yesterday, you won’t………
- Go easier on yourself when you “slip up” at a family function or a work morning tea. The structure of the plan makes it so easy to get back on track and continue to see results.
- Drink, drink, drink water! I think keeping hydrated is the most important part!
