Lost 6.9 kilos and 6.7% of her body weight in the 12 Week Beat the Winter Blues Challenge

I had just joined and started with Healthy Inspirations when the 12week challenge kicked off. I thought it would be a good kick start to my journey and something extra to keep me accountable!

It was a good number to start with, just 12 weeks! I wasn’t thinking beyond this, not even about my long-term goal. 12 weeks was easy to count down each week.

As well as the weight loss, I’m really enjoying:

  • Better sleep
  • More energy
  • Confidence
  • More self-care opportunities
  • Being proud of myself!

I look forward to my weekly coaching sessions every week! I found them so important being a remote member, after talking to the team in the morning it was then a reset for the week to come!

My Top 3 Tips

  1. Complete your food diary every day! Take the book with you everywhere cause even though you think you will remember what you had yesterday, you won’t………
  2. Go easier on yourself when you “slip up” at a family function or a work morning tea. The structure of the plan makes it so easy to get back on track and continue to see results.
  3. Drink, drink, drink water! I think keeping hydrated is the most important part!
