Ingredients
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp rosemary (dried)
1/2 tsp thyme (dried)
1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp black pepper
700g Rib Eye Steak
Method
- Combine mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano and pepper. Spread mixture on both sides of steaks.
- Grill steaks on the BBQ or under a grill, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes (medium-rare to medium), turning halfway through cooking time.
- Serve with your favourite salad.
