1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp rosemary (dried)
1/2 tsp thyme (dried)
1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp black pepper
700g Rib Eye Steak


  1. Combine mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano and pepper. Spread mixture on both sides of steaks.
  2. Grill steaks on the BBQ or under a grill, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes (medium-rare to medium), turning halfway through cooking time. 
  3. Serve with your favourite salad.
