2 (125g) pork fillets
1 large tomato, sliced
6 tsp avocado
40g grated parmesan


  1. Pre-heat grill. Place pork on grill tray and grill, turning once, until cooked through.
  2. Mash the avocado and spread on each pork fillet. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with parmesan.
  3. Return to the grill and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
