- 4 pork steaks
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ cup ground pecans
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Combine the flaxseeds, salt and paprika on a plate.
- Whisk the egg and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Place the ground pecans on another plate.
- Dip each steak into the flaxseed mixture, then the egg and coat with the pecans.
- Place on an oven tray and cook 8-10 mins on each side.
- Serve with steamed greens and/or salad.
