Ingredients

2 Tbsp coconut oil
3 medium onions, sliced
3 capsicum, sliced
300g mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
360g sliced beef
250g Swiss cheese, sliced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat a large ovenproof skillet and melt the coconut oil. Add onions, capsicum, mushrooms, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and beef to skillet. Saute until onions are translucent.

  2. Top with sliced Swiss cheese; bake for 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese.
