ICT Reset: Suits all phases
- 800gm pork fillet or loin chops
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dry sage
- 1 Tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup olive oil
- To make marinade mix mustard and vinegar together. Add the sage, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Using a whisk, slowly add the oil to create an emulsion.
- Place the pork into an air-tight container, add the marinade, and then coat and toss before refrigerating for 4-6 hours.
- Cook the pork in a pan, bake in the oven or on the BBQ.
Serve with a green salad or Asian greens.
