ICT Reset: Suits all phases
Ingredients
- 600g rib fillet steaks on the bone
- ½ cup fresh mint
- ½ cup fresh coriander
- ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Cook on a medium BBQ for 40 mins.
- Turn grill up high and sear both sides for 90 seconds.
- Rest steak for 10 mins.
- Blend or chop the fresh herbs. Add the oil, lemon juice and garlic and combine well.
- Cut the meat into slices and drizzle the dressing over the steak to serve.
