At any BBQ, the person who cooks the meat gets all the credit, but we all know it’s the salads that make the meal truly great. Here’s a stunning but quick one. Serves 4
- Place the rocket, strawberries, avocado and macadamias in a large bowl and toss gently with your fingers.
- In a small bowl or jug, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season to taste. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
