Suits phase 2 and above – Serves 4
Ingredients
500g minced pork
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and grated
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
½ tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with clean hands to combine.
- Divide into 8 portions and shape into patties.
- Place baking paper on a tray and place the patties. Cook for 20 minutes and turn over, before cooking for another 15 minutes.
Serve with salad or steamed veggies.
Mix up a double-batch and save for lunches!!
