Hi I'm Nola from Healthy Inspirations and I'd love you to come down and check out what we do.
We offer fitness, nutrition and coaching all under one roof.
The exercise component at Healthy Inspirations is optional - you don't need to do it if you don't want to - but we've got a circuit based on hydraulic equipment which is really easy to adjust and suits all sorts of fitness levels. We also offer classes which is fantastic, so again there's always something there for everyone as you get fitter and stronger.
The weekly one-on-one coaching sessions are brilliant. We're here to support you, give you the accountability that you need, we're here to give you lots of encouragement, lots of support, lots of great tips. We're really here to step you through and make sure you reach your goals.

This is such a common concern that has been overcome time and again. What members have realised is that their previous attempts at losing weight met one or more of a number of problems:
Our weekly support sessions are a great time to identify any hurdles you are facing, put in place strategies to overcome them, congratulate you on your successes and plan for the week ahead.
Neither do we! Healthy eating patterns are important for everyone, whether or not they have weight to lose. Learning how to adapt basic guidelines to suit all the different family members is an essential component to making lasting change, and you'll work with a coach to fine-tune your family's meals.
We get it. Many women have spent years looking after the needs of others and not taking time to work on themselves. Some members start with excellent fitness while others get puffed out walking from the car to the front door. The exercise is easily adapted to suit your fitness levels. You'll gradually and gently build upon that as your body becomes accustomed to the movement.
Motivation is great for getting started, but it comes and goes. The support you get at Healthy Inspirations helps turn motivation into habits, and we're always here - along with others in the centre on their own journey - to pick you up and get you back on track.
Our lives are certainly busy and there are multiple demands on us that require attention. What most of our busy members have found is that when they take time for themselves, they cope better with other responsibilities and have a lot more energy to get through their busy days. In reality, all you need is 30 minutes a couple of times per week to make a huge difference.
Since joining Healthy Inspirations I've lost about 45 kilos and I've learnt the skills to maintain and to keep it off and to have a healthy lifestyle. I think you need first to be honest with yourself and you wanting to do this and it's not just going to be a quick little fad, it's a lifestyle change, and I think you need to have your mindset put into it first.
Biggest difference, has been, I think, my self-confidence. I feel good within myself now, I have a really positive mindset on things in my life. I'm happier, I'm healthier, I'm fitter.
Anyone thinking of joining Healthy Inspirations, I would say do it. It definitely is a really, really rewarding experience and it works, and you've got the support to help you, and I wouldn't go anywhere else."
