Reset: Suits all phases


  • 500 gm smoked salmon
  • 250 gm cream cheese 
  • Dill 
  • Juice of ½ lemon


  1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature, so it is softened.
  2. Cut one stalk of dill finely plus the juice of ½ lemon and add to the cream cheese.
  3. Mix with a fork into a paste.
  4. Spoon a heaped teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the middle of the salmon slice and roll-up. 
  5. Place on a serving platter and garnish with dill, lemon or lime.

Great for a party or shared plate meal.
