Reset: Suits all phases
- 500 gm smoked salmon
- 250 gm cream cheese
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature, so it is softened.
- Cut one stalk of dill finely plus the juice of ½ lemon and add to the cream cheese.
- Mix with a fork into a paste.
- Spoon a heaped teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the middle of the salmon slice and roll-up.
- Place on a serving platter and garnish with dill, lemon or lime.
Great for a party or shared plate meal.
