Ingredients
1 slice rye bread
50 g low-fat cottage cheese
50 g smoked salmon
1 Lemon juice
1 Cracked pepper
1 Tbsp finely chopped dill
Method
- Toast rye bread, spread with cottage cheese.
- Place salmon on top, squeeze over a little lemon juice and sprinkle with cracked pepper and dill.
