Suits all phases – Serves 4

Ingredients

1 (400g) can tuna, drained
1 mashed avocado
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup chopped seeded cucumber
1 Tbsp chopped pickle
2 Tbsp minced red onion

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly distributed. Enjoy in a lettuce wrap, cucumber cup or as a dip.
