- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- big handful basil, chopped
- 1 small red chilli (or to taste), chopped
- 3 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 8 small lamb chops
- Mix all ingredients except the chops together. Add the chops and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, turning during that time to make sure chops are well coated and absorbing the flavours.
- Bake in moderate oven for 20- 30 minutes or grill or slowly pan fry.
- Serve with roasted or steamed vegetables.
