Suits phases 2 – 4
- 200ml water
- 1/2 Cup Greek Style Yoghurt
- 6 scoops HI Shaken Jamaican Vanilla Bean
- 1 stewed apple (See tip) If on Phase 2 replace with passionfruit
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- Combine water and yoghurt in a bowl and mix.
- Add the SJ Protein powder and mix together with an electric hand mixer.
- Add the apple and frozen raspberries and mix through. If you want a smooth mix, continuing blending until fruit pieces are broken down.
- Pour into serving glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
Tip: Stew apple in microwave for 5 mins with hot water and a little cinnamon – then blend.
