Reset: Suits phases 2, 3 and 4

Great Shape: 1 protein, 2 vegetable, 2 fat, 1 dairy

Serves 4

Ingredients

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp cream
dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper, to taste
iceberg lettuce, cut quarters
2/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped into pieces
20 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
extra crumbled blue cheese
chives, for garnish

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire sauce, blue cheese, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper together to make the dressing. Set aside.
  2. On four dinner plates, place wedges of iceberg lettuce, cut side up. Drizzle generously with dressing. Top with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, extra blue cheese, and chives. Serve.
