Here's how it works...

If you're accepted into this program - you'll be sent an Easy Meal Prep program that's been designed to meet your goals, starting point, dietary preferences (and more) to burn through unwanted fat. This will be your 'blueprint' for losing weight.

You'll then work one-on-one with one of our highly skilled coaches to guide you on your unique plan to transform your body. Our coaching is either via Zoom, Messenger, phone, text or in-person, depending on your location and your preference.

We offer a small supportive women's only program and a great online supportive group environment. It does not matter where our members live. We have members all over Tasmania.

With the challenge - once you're successful in achieving the target... we will give you your next 6 weeks as a reward bonus.

We also promise to use ALL the resources at our disposal to guarantee your success - as long as you put in the work and commit to change.

With this program exercise is 100% optional but we do encourage you to walk, even if it's just a 10 min walk after each meal.

We know that losing weight and getting into great shape (at any age) isn't as simple as following a walking and nutrition plan. Otherwise everyone would be lean and looking amazing.

Our experienced health coaches and I will guide and support you through, and you'll have access to new friends to share recipes, workout tips and just provide much-needed support through any 'low points'.

What the challenge involves


Nutrition

More than a diet, you get a personalised eating plan based on real food you can get from any supermarket. You'll learn how to lose weight without hunger or confusion, and receive delicious, easy recipes that you and your family can enjoy together.

Our members are amazed that they steadily lose weight without being hungry.

Some say that a 'diet' is the last thing you would call it! The program has been developed by a leading Australian dietician who specialises in healthy eating plans for women (and men) between 35 and 65.


Community

Through the program you will find yourself immersed in the strong community of like-minded people with close personal support from your Health Coach - who's goal is to prevent you falling off the wagon.


Knowledge

You will learn what works for your body as everyone has their own individual tolerance levels for different foods.

This program is all about education so you know exactly what to do to maintain a healthy and happy life.


One-on-one coaching - online or in-person

Giving you an eating plan and telling you to exercise is like giving a student books without a teacher.

That’s why the Healthy Inspirations program includes support with online video chat, phone, text or in-person coaching to help you reach and maintain your healthy weight goal.

Our members often say that it is our one-on-one coaching that made the big difference compared to other things they have tried.


Just walk for 10 mins after each meal.

Exercise - included but optional

The exercise advice is designed to provide the best exercise for people of all ages wanting a better shape. Not only will you be slimmer, you'll be healthier and fitter too

At minimum we encourage members to have a short 10 min walk after most meals. Being just 10 minutes most can fit this in, even if busy.

Our simple exercise protocol helps you get a firmer slimmer body in less time.

Plus... you do not need any special exercise clothes or shoes. Walk alone, with a friend or a dog. It all adds up.
